Working Bees

Mulching helps the plants to thrive

Each month we have an agenda of work but individuals choose what they actually do. Flexibility and enjoyment of the task are intrinsic to our group. It is one of our very great pleasures to take a moment at working bees to simply admire our handiwork and marvel at the results of past work. This refreshes our spirit and resolve no end!

We gather on the SECOND SATURDAY of every month. Working time is just TWO HOURS, starting earlier in summer than in winter. This varies from a 6 am start to a 9 am start. An email reminder of working bees is sent to participants if possible.
